A globally-recognised degree in a stable, English-speaking city with a huge Pakistani community — and admission that's far more predictable than the UK's refusal rates. We handle the part that trips people up: HEC attestation and proof of funds. Free guidance.
The two things that delay Pakistani student files — both completely avoidable.
Pakistani academic documents usually need attestation in a set order: HEC (for degrees) or the relevant board (for intermediate/matric), then the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then the UAE embassy. Do them out of order and you'll be sent back. We give you the exact sequence for your documents.
Bank statements must be recent, correctly named, and clearly show enough for tuition and living. Sudden large deposits or wrong-name accounts raise questions. We review your funds evidence before submission so it's accepted first time.

You don't need full university tuition. Accredited Dubai colleges run English-language courses from 6 months that come with a student visa — from about USD 6,500 (≈ AED 24,000). It's the affordable way to live and study in Dubai, and a pathway to a diploma or degree later.
The facts below come from official UAE authorities and are dated. Rules change — always re-check the source before you apply.
A UAE student residence visa is issued for one year at a time, renewable on proof of continued study, and is sponsored by your accredited university or college (or by a UAE-resident parent). Entry permits and the Emirates ID are handled federally by ICP; residency in Dubai by GDRFA Dubai.

Private universities in Dubai and their programmes are licensed by KHDA (its UQAIB board vets international branch campuses); federal-system programmes are accredited by the CAA. Confirm your university and your specific programme are listed before you pay.

Your degree and certificates must be attested in Pakistan (Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with IBCC attestation for educational certificates), legalised by the UAE embassy, and then attested by MOFAIC inside the UAE. The UAE is not part of the Apostille Convention, so an apostille alone is not accepted — you need full legalisation.
