5. Important clarifications on scope

6. No guarantees

The Provider supplies the means and the support but does not guarantee: the grant of any visa; obtaining a job or a given wage; meeting the second- or third-year requirements; or permanent accommodation. Outcomes depend on factors outside the Provider's control (Australian Government, employers, the market, the Client).

8. Cancellation and refunds

As this is a digital, immediately-delivered service: if the Client requests cancellation before the Provider has begun delivering the service and before accessing the private-area content, the amount paid will be refunded less non-recoverable payment-gateway fees. Once access to the private area is activated or delivery has begun, the content is deemed delivered and the amount is non-refundable. (EU/UK consumers: the 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply to digital content/services already started with your express consent, which you give by accepting these terms and completing payment.)

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the pack. The Provider is not liable for indirect damages or for the acts of third parties (airlines, landlords, employers, insurers, public bodies).

The guides, employer directory, materials and private-area content are the Provider's property and licensed for the Client's personal use. Reproduction, copying or distribution is prohibited.

12. Governing law

This contract is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Ras Al Khaimah), the Provider's seat, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable in the Client's country of residence. The parties will seek to resolve any dispute amicably before resorting to the competent courts or mechanisms.
