Important — this contract includes a recurring paid subscription. When you purchase the Starter or Landing pack, you are simultaneously enrolled in the Kangaroland Membership, which gives you continued access to the private area, the community and WhatsApp support.
Price:24.99 per month, in the same currency as your pack (GBP or EUR depending on your country).

Your payment method is securely stored with Stripe, with 3D Secure authentication at sign-up, for recurring charges.
6. Optional visa application help service (AUD 200)
Optionally and separately from the packs, you may purchase a Working Holiday visa application help service for AUD 200 (one-off). It consists of a team member assisting you while you prepare and submit your application to the Department of Home Affairs.
Important — limits of this service: this is an application-support service; the Provider is NOT a registered migration agent. It is your sole responsibility to check that you meet the visa requirements before applying. The Provider is not responsible for your eligibility, nor for the approval or refusal of the visa, which are decisions solely of the Australian Government. This service does not include the official visa fee, which you pay directly to the Government.
7. Important clarifications on scope
Health/travel insurance: NOT included in any pack. The service consists of advising and helping the Client compare and arrange suitable insurance; the policy is taken out and paid by the Client directly with the insurer.
Initial accommodation: in the Landing pack it is verified first accommodation; in the Premium pack it is 7 nights. It is not permanent accommodation.
Support: the 90-day (Premium) and 30-day (Landing) support is provided via WhatsApp, within reasonable hours.
Tax advisor: the Premium pack includes one (1) free session with a partner tax advisor (English/Spanish). Any further tax filing or representation is not included and would be arranged separately, directly with that advisor.
Airport pickup, TFN, bank and SIM: the Provider guides and assists with these; the Client completes them with the relevant bodies/providers (ATO, bank, carrier).
8. No guarantees
The Provider supplies the means and the support but does not guarantee: the grant of any visa; obtaining a job or a given wage; meeting the second- or third-year requirements; or permanent accommodation. Outcomes depend on factors outside the Provider's control (Australian Government, employers, the market, the Client).
9. Client obligations
Provide true, complete and up-to-date information (name, email, phone).
Hold a valid visa and comply with its conditions; the Provider is not responsible for the Client's decisions that breach the law or their visa conditions.
Not reproduce, share or distribute the private-area content (personal and non-transferable).
10. Cancellation and refunds
As this is a digital, immediately-delivered service: if the Client requests cancellation before the Provider has begun delivering the service and before accessing the private-area content, the amount paid will be refunded less non-recoverable payment-gateway fees. Once access to the private area is activated or delivery has begun, the content is deemed delivered and the amount is non-refundable.(EU/UK consumers: the 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply to digital content/services already started with your express consent, which you give by accepting these terms and completing payment.)
Cancellation of the Kangaroland Membership (monthly subscription) is governed by clause 5.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the pack. The Provider is not liable for indirect damages or for the acts of third parties (airlines, landlords, employers, insurers, public bodies).
12. Data protection
The Provider processes the Client's data to deliver the service and manage the contractual relationship, in accordance with applicable law (UK/EU GDPR and/or the Australian Privacy Act). The Client may exercise their rights of access, rectification and erasure by writing to contacto@kangaroland.com.

The guides, employer directory, materials and private-area content are the Provider's property and licensed for the Client's personal use. Reproduction, copying or distribution is prohibited.
